I liked your philosophy statements. The one that really struck me as important was the last one. A teacher must be "willing to go above and beyone (self efficacy in the classroom)." I think all teachers need to enter the profession with this attitude. Teaching is not easy, every student is different and is a new challenge. In order to face these new challenges and be a successful teacher and make the students successful, a teacher must go above and beyond. I think this was a great point to make in this post.
I think your statements are very important in the classroom. Many teachers forget that students are not all alike and that they learn differently. Because all students learn differently, you must be creative!
